Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Program scheduling and coordination. Making procurements. Providing market research. Maintaining records in accordance with VHA, VACO and New Jersey policies. Assisting potential vendors to become registered in SAM. Managing budget reports on GPF and FCP procurements. Reviewing, formatting and finalizing materials. Coordinating distribution of information. Arranging and moderating internal and external conference calls, meetings and training sessions using Live Meeting, Lync, and Adobe Connect. Taking meeting minutes. Preparing agendas and travel logistics. Performs other related duties as assigned. Work Schedule:

SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Have at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) in Federal Service that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the duties of a Secretary, GS-05. Specialized experience includes:
program scheduling, making procurements, maintaining records, preparing reports, training others on computer programs, prepares and manages incoming and outgoing correspondence, preparing work orders, assisting customers and callers. NOTE:
Your experience must be fully documented on your resume and must include job title, duties, month and year start/end dates AND hours worked per week. -OR- EDUCATION:
Have successfully completed four (4) years above high school in any field which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite. This education must have been obtained at an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university NOTE:

Have an equivalent combination of successfully completed post-high school education (beyond the second year) and specialized experience, as described above, which meet the total qualification requirements for this grade level. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
