Cook Supervisor The Cook Supervisor duties include: - Coordinates and directs work activities of the Food Production Unit. - Instructs, assigns and explains work requirements and operating procedures. - Reassigns wage grade personnel to maintain a balanced workload. - Checks work operations and oversees completed work to assure that Food Production quality indicators are met - Assures all food is correctly prepared for service by following recipes, menus, designated portion sizes and proper equipment. -.
